Counselling, psychotherapy and clinical supervision in Newbury
As you have found your way to my website you may be feeling that you don't have the resources right now to engage with life as you would wish. For many of us, there are times when dealing with life's challenges alone feels too much. When talking to friends or family, however close, isn't enough. This is when seeing a counsellor or psychotherapist can make a profound difference.
Some of my clients come with difficult or painful life experiences, some sensing that they have entrenched patterns that are making them unhappy, some feel low and just don't know why. Others want to embark on a journey of exploration that will allow them to find a richer, more fulfilling way of being in the world. If any of this feels like you, do get in touch and see how I can help.
